Heat Treatment Quality Control (Performance Enhancement Control)

Wear parts and stressed parts of slurry pumps require heat treatment to improve hardness, wear resistance and impact resistance. Improper heat treatment will cause component brittleness, insufficient hardness and shortened service life. Process parameters must be strictly controlled.

Pre-assembly Control

Component screening and cleaning before assembly are critical to avoid assembly impurities, jamming and wear. Early pump wear and seal damage are mostly caused by assembly impurities.
