Component Pre-assembly and Cleaning Quality Control (Pre-assembly Control)

Component screening and cleaning before assembly are critical to avoid assembly impurities, jamming and wear. Early pump wear and seal damage are mostly caused by assembly impurities.

    Detailed Quality Control Details

Component Screening: Verify the model, specification and batch of all accessories to prevent wrong assembly and mixed installation. Eliminate unqualified accessories with scratches, deformation, burrs and rust.
Thorough Cleaning: Polish, purge and clean all flow components, matching surfaces and threaded holes to remove iron scraps, oil stains, oxide scales and sand grains. No sundries are allowed inside the pump cavity to prevent seal and impeller wear caused by impurities during operation.
Seal and Bearing Pre-inspection: Check mechanical seals and packing seals for cracks, deformation and aging. Bearings shall rotate flexibly without jamming and abnormal noise, and meet design precision requirements.
Pre-assembly Trial Fitting: Conduct trial fitting of key components to check matching gaps and fitting tightness, and eliminate assembly interference and excessive gap problems before formal assembly.
