It boasts high mechanical strength and strong corrosion resistance. The self-priming pump structure is well-designed, with the pump chamber equipped with a suction chamber, a reservoir chamber, a return check valve, a gas-liquid separation chamber, and a return hole. Only priming is required before the first startup, and there is no need for repeated priming thereafter. When pumping the medium, the fluid can be intermittent. The mechanical seal does not require additional cooling water for cooling. It is easy to operate, safe, and less prone to leakage, making it a viable alternative to submerged pumps.CFR-PP material: non-toxic, resistant to general acids, alkalis, and salts, operating temperature -14℃～80℃.

Product Features:The ZMD fluoroplastic magnetic self-priming pump features flow passage components made of fluoroplastic, with a metal casing lined with polyperfluoroethylene propylene (F46). The pump cover and impeller are both made of metal inserts coated with fluoroplastic and sintered together, providing high mechanical strength and eliminating the magnetic eddy current phenomenon found in ordinary magnetic pumps. After priming the pump before its first use, there is no need to prime it again for subsequent uses.
