AH Volute A05

The A05 AH volute liner is a high-performance wetted component cast from KmTBCr27 high-chromium wear-resistant cast iron. With hardness of HRC 58–62 and uniform carbide distribution, it combines great wear resistance, impact toughness and moderate corrosion resistance, applicable to slurry with pH 5–12. Its streamlined double-channel volute design cuts hydraulic loss and avoids slurry leakage, while reinforcing ribs improve structural stability. Widely used in mining, power desulfurization and metallurgy for transporting abrasive ore tailings, gypsum slurry and high-temperature slag. A 3/2C-AH practical case proves its service life triples ordinary castings. Regular ultrasonic thickness inspection every six months is required; A07 alloy is an alternative for strongly acidic slurry environments.
