Model IS and IR Horizontal Single-stage Single-suction Clean Water Centrifugal Pumps

IS and IR series centrifugal pumps adopt a back pull-out design. There is no need to dismantle suction and discharge pipelines when removing the pump cover and impeller.
Two ball bearings are installed inside the bearing housing, lubricated by machine oil or grease. The pump is directly driven by an electric motor through an elastic coupling.

The pump casing, suction flange and discharge flange are cast as an integral unit.
The full series features rationally arranged hydraulic performance curves, offering a wide selection range for customers.
Structural Features

Simple structure, reliable performance, compact size, light weight, excellent anti-cavitation performance, low power consumption, easy operation and maintenance.
Wide versatility. The entire series covers numerous specifications with only four types of shafts. Shafts, bearings and shaft seals of the same specification are interchangeable, and there are merely four types of bearing housings for the full product line.
Wear rings are fitted on both front and rear sides of the impeller, and balance holes are arranged on the impeller back shroud to balance the axial thrust of the pump.
The pump axial packing seal assembly consists of a packing gland, packing ring and packing, which prevents air ingress and excessive liquid leakage.
A shaft sleeve is installed where the shaft passes through the packing chamber to protect the shaft from wear.
An O-ring seal is fitted between the shaft sleeve and pump shaft to avoid air suction or liquid leakage along the mating surface.
