ZW Self-priming Sewage Pump
1. Product Overview
ZW self-priming sewage pump integrates self-priming and sewage drainage functions. Similar to ordinary clean water self-priming pumps, it requires no foot valve installation and no priming water. It can pump sewage, sediments, mine residues, fecal sewage, engineering wastewater and colloidal liquids containing large solid particles (maximum particle diameter: 60% of outlet diameter) and fibers (maximum fiber length: 1.5 times impeller diameter). It reduces labor intensity, features easy installation and operation, and requires minimal maintenance.
2. Application Scope
Widely used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, mining, papermaking, fiber, slurry, textile, food, power plant industries, as well as municipal sewage projects, public facility wastewater discharge, river and pond aquaculture, etc.
Ambient temperature ≤50℃; medium temperature ≤100℃.
Medium pH value: 6–9 for cast iron construction; 2–13 for stainless steel construction.
Medium density ≤1240 kg/m³.
Self-priming lift shall not exceed 4.5–5.5 m; suction pipeline length ≤10 m.
Passage capacity: diameter of suspended solid particles up to 60% of pump diameter; fiber length up to 5 times pump diameter.
