The PWZ corrosion-resistant sewage pump is a single-stage, single-suction cantilever centrifugal sewage pump, specially developed for conveying various corrosive and impurity-containing industrial sewage media. Adopting a mature cantilever centrifugal structure, it features stable operation, excellent corrosion resistance and high adaptability to complex working conditions. Capable of long-term delivery of corrosive industrial wastewater with fine particles, it is widely applicable to fine chemical and environmental protection scenarios, serving as dedicated equipment for lifting, transporting and discharging industrial corrosive sewage.
2. Main Structural Features
The PWZ sewage pump adopts a scientific and compact overall structure, consisting of core components including the pump casing, pump cover, impeller, main shaft, shaft seal assembly and bracket. With a reasonable structural layout, it delivers high operational reliability and allows easy disassembly and daily maintenance.
Designed with a single-stage single-suction cantilever structure, the pump is equipped with an axial horizontal suction inlet. The outlet direction can be flexibly adjusted to horizontal or vertical according to on-site installation requirements, achieving strong adaptability to diverse pipeline installation conditions.
The shaft seal adopts a single-end mechanical seal structure with stable and reliable sealing performance. It effectively resists penetration of corrosive media, prevents shaft leakage and medium overflow, and ensures continuous and stable equipment operation.
The pump and motor share an integrated base and are directly driven by an elastic coupling. It features stable transmission, low vibration and low noise, which effectively buffers operating impact and extends the overall service life of the unit. Viewed from the motor end, the pump rotates clockwise at rated operation with stable parameters and uniform power output.
