1. Product Overview
PW and PWF series pumps are single-stage, single-suction cantilever centrifugal sewage pumps. The suction inlet is horizontally arranged in axial direction, while the discharge outlet can be installed horizontally or vertically according to site requirements. Composed of pump casing, pump cover, impeller, shaft seal, main shaft and bracket, the whole structure is compact and easy to disassemble and maintain. The pump and motor are mounted on a shared base and directly driven by an elastic coupling for stable transmission and low vibration. Optimized by computer hydraulic design and equipped with high-performance double-end mechanical seals, the pumps deliver stable operation, reliable performance and excellent energy efficiency with consistent and guaranteed quality.
2. Model Difference & Material Features
PW and PWF pumps adopt the same structural principle, differing mainly in material and applicable medium to meet different working conditions:
PW Ordinary Sewage Pump: Adopts cast iron pump body with high rigidity and wear resistance. It offers cost-effective and stable performance for conventional sewage transportation.
PWF Corrosion-Resistant Sewage Pump: All flow-through parts are made of 304 stainless steel, featuring excellent acid and alkali resistance to adapt to various corrosive wastewater.

PWF Series: Designed for acidic, alkaline and other corrosive wastewater. Applicable in chemical, petroleum, light industry, food, pharmaceutical, brewing and environmental protection industries, with a medium temperature below 100℃.
