Model IH Series Stainless Steel Chemical pump is a single-stage, single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump. It is designed for conveying solid-free corrosive liquids with viscosity similar to water.
Its designated rated performance points and dimensional standards are equivalent to international standards. As an energy-saving upgraded product replacing Model F corrosion-resistant pumps, it features a wide performance range, high efficiency, high level of standardization, serialization and generalization, and easy maintenance.
The pump casing is available in optional materials including 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel and duplex stainless steel.
The IH series pumps consist of 29 basic models, among which 22 models support dual speeds (2900 r/min and 1450 r/min). After impeller diameter trimming under Type A and Type B variants, the total number of specifications reaches 112.
The pump assembly mainly comprises pump casing, impeller, wear ring, impeller nut, pump cover, sealing assembly, intermediate bracket, pump shaft, bearing housing assembly and other components.

The pump is directly driven by an electric motor via an extended coupling. Viewed from the motor end, the pump rotates clockwise.
The pump cover is positioned on the intermediate bracket by spigot fit, and clamped between the pump casing and intermediate bracket through matching spigot joints. The pump features axial suction and radial discharge with foot support structure, which can be mounted directly on the base frame.

The bearing housing assembly is secured to the intermediate bracket by spigot fit and supported on the base frame by the bearing support stand.
An extended coupling is adopted for easy disassembly. During maintenance, the inlet and outlet pipelines, pump casing and motor do not need to be removed. Simply detach the intermediate coupling spacer, and the rotor assembly can be pulled out for overhaul.
