The LW Type Vertical Non-Clogging Sewage Pump is a high-efficiency sewage discharge equipment independently developed according to domestic pump operating conditions. It features anti-tangling, non-clogging performance, automatic installation, intelligent automatic control and outstanding energy-saving efficiency. Specially designed for transporting sewage containing solid particles and long fiber impurities, it effectively solves the common defects of traditional sewage pumps such as easy blockage, fiber winding and unstable operation.
This series of pumps adopts innovative single-channel or dual-channel impeller structure. With a smooth and uniform flow passage similar to a straight bent pipe, it delivers excellent flow capacity compared with conventional impellers. Equipped with an optimized volute structure and strictly calibrated by dynamic and static balance tests, the pump operates with low vibration and high stability. Adopting high-performance customized mechanical seals, it adapts to harsh and complex working conditions and can steadily transport sewage containing solids, fibers and corrosive media, providing overall performance far exceeding traditional sewage pumps.
