Product Overview:The ZMD type fluoroplastic self-priming magnetic pump (also known as the ZCQ-F type fluoroplastic self-priming magnetic pump) is a product that applies the working principle of the permanent magnet coupling to the self-priming pump. It addresses the issues of shaft seals in general shaft-driven centrifugal pumps, such as easy leakage, spillage, dripping, and leakage, while also exhibiting excellent self-priming capabilities. The design is reasonable, the sealing performance is good, and it is resistant to leakage.II. Product Features:The ZMD fluoroplastic magnetic self-priming pump features flow passage components made of fluoroplastic, with a metal casing lined with polyperfluoroethylene propylene (F46). The pump cover and impeller are both made of metal inserts coated with fluoroplastic and sintered together, providing high mechanical strength and eliminating the magnetic eddy current phenomenon found in ordinary magnetic pumps. After priming the pump before its first use, there is no need to prime it again for subsequent uses. Simply turn it on and it can pump and transport liquids below the pump's installation position.The ZMD fluoroplastic magnetic self-priming pump adopts a rear-pull structure, allowing one person to easily carry out internal maintenance and part replacement without dismantling the pipeline, facilitating daily maintenance and repair work.III.
