1. Product Overview
The CQB-L vertical magnetic pipeline pump is a new integrated leak-free pipeline centrifugal pump developed on the basis of mature horizontal magnetic pump manufacturing technology. It innovatively combines the convenient installation features of ISG vertical pipeline pumps and the zero-leakage advantages of magnetic chemical pumps, specially designed for industrial pipeline direct connection and closed-loop circulation working conditions.
Adopting an integrated vertical structure of pump body, magnetic driver and motor, the pump completely converts dynamic mechanical seal into full-range static seal to eliminate medium leakage fundamentally. All flow parts are made of high-quality stainless steel, equipped with silicon carbide/tungsten carbide wear-resistant shaft sleeve and M106K carbon stone sliding bearing with built-in oil groove, realizing ultra-long stable operation. 3. Working Principle

The motor drives the outer magnetic rotor to rotate at high speed, and the magnetic field penetrates the air gap and non-magnetic isolation sleeve to drive the inner magnetic rotor and impeller synchronously without mechanical contact or friction loss.
The traditional dynamic seal is completely converted into full static seal to realize 100% closed zero-leakage operation. The composite wear-resistant bearing system with built-in oil groove maintains long-term lubrication and cooling by conveying media. The high-speed rotating impeller completes pipeline pressurization, closed-loop circulation and fixed-point conveying, realizing long-term, stable and safe pipeline fluid transportation.
