3. Working Principle
The ZBF self-priming plastic magnetic pump operates based on the external mixed axial backwater self-priming principle and permanent magnet non-contact coupling transmission principle. After startup, the high-speed rotating impeller mixes residual liquid and pipeline air into gas-liquid mixture by centrifugal force.
The mixture flows into the gas-liquid separation chamber through the volute. The air is discharged from the outlet due to reduced flow velocity, while the separated liquid returns to the pump cavity through the backflow hole for cyclic exhaust. After repeated circulation, the pipeline air is completely exhausted to form stable vacuum negative pressure, realizing continuous automatic self-priming and zero-leakage conveying of corrosive media.
