The CQF engineering plastic magnetic drive pump is a lightweight, cost-effective and fully leak-free special conveying pump for fine chemical industry. Adopting permanent magnet non-contact coupling transmission technology, it abandons the traditional mechanical dynamic seal structure and realizes full static sealing operation. 3. Working Principle
The CQF engineering plastic magnetic drive pump operates on the permanent magnet non-contact coupling transmission principle to realize fully closed leak-free fluid conveying. The prime mover drives the outer magnetic steel to rotate, and the magnetic field penetrates the closed pump body to drive the integrated inner magnetic rotor and impeller synchronously without mechanical contact.
The high-speed rotating impeller forms stable negative pressure in the pump cavity to complete medium suction, pressurization and discharge. The medium is completely sealed in the plastic pump body without leakage. Meanwhile, the conveying medium lubricates and cools the bearings in real time, ensuring long-term continuous and stable operation with high cleanliness and low energy consumption.

Medium Adaptation Standards
Only applicable to clean fluids without ferromagnetic particles and fibers, with medium density ≤1300kg/m³ and viscosity ≤30×10⁻⁶m²/s. Custom reinforced magnetic coupling is required for media with density >1600kg/m³. Over-parameter operation is prohibited.
Temperature & Pressure Thresholds
Max temperature of non-metal engineering plastic pump: ≤60℃ with rated pressure 0.6MPa; F46 lined version: max 80℃; customized high-temperature model: ≤350℃. Strictly follow the temperature and pressure limits to avoid equipment damage caused by overload operation.
Core Operation Taboo
The bearings and friction pairs rely entirely on the conveying medium for lubrication and cooling. Dry running and no-load operation are strictly prohibited to prevent burnout of ceramic friction pairs and irreversible equipment failure caused by liquid loss and pressure loss.
