3. Working Principle

The motor drives the outer active magnet to rotate at high speed, and the magnetic field penetrates the closed isolation structure to synchronously drive the internal magnet impeller. The centrifugal force of the impeller completes continuous medium suction, pressurization and discharge. The fluid only contacts the fluoroplastic flow parts without metal corrosion, and the metal shell bears structural pressure and impact, realizing long-term stable delivery of strong corrosive media.
4. Installation & Operation Instructions
1. Installation Specifications
Horizontal installation is standard and vertical installation is prohibited. The pump body shall not bear pipeline weight and external stress to prevent liner deformation and seal failure. If vertical installation is specially required, the motor must be placed upward to avoid liquid accumulation and uneven stress.
2. Pipeline Matching Requirements
If the liquid level is higher than the pump axis, only open the inlet valve before startup. If the liquid level is lower than the pump axis, the suction pipeline must be equipped with a bottom valve to prevent medium backflow and dry running damage of the pump.
3. Pre-start Inspection
Check that the motor fan rotates flexibly without jamming and abnormal noise, fasten all fasteners, and confirm the motor rotation direction is consistent with the pump marking to avoid reverse rotation damage.
4. Standard Start-stop Process
Start the motor with no load, slowly open and adjust the discharge valve to the required opening after stable operation. Before shutdown, close the discharge valve first and then cut off the power supply to prevent medium backflow and impact damage to internal components.
