1. Product Overview
The CQB magnetic drive centrifugal pump is a standardized chemical-grade leak-free process pump designed in accordance with ISO2858 international standards. Adopting an integrated structure of motor, magnetic coupling and anti-corrosion centrifugal pump, it realizes non-contact torque transmission and full static sealing, completely eliminating dynamic seal leakage risks.
Different from ordinary light-duty magnetic pumps, the CQB series features standardized working parameters, standardized operation and maintenance system and stronger industrial adaptability. With self-lubrication and self-cooling medium circulation and modular anti-corrosion materials, it safely conveys flammable, explosive, toxic, crystalline and corrosive fluids. It can directly replace traditional IH chemical pumps and serve as the core equipment for closed-loop transportation in industrial chemical processes.

3. Working Principle
The CQB magnetic drive centrifugal pump consists of a drive motor, magnetic coupling assembly and anti-corrosion pump body. The motor drives the outer magnetic steel to rotate, and the magnetic field penetrates the isolation sleeve to drive the inner rotor and impeller synchronously without mechanical contact or torque loss.
The high-speed rotating impeller forms negative pressure to suck in the medium, which is pressurized and stably discharged through centrifugal force. The medium is completely sealed inside the pump body without leakage. Meanwhile, the circulating medium continuously lubricates and cools the bearings, realizing long-term safe and stable closed-loop fluid transportation.
4. Installation & Operation Instructions
Installation Standards
Horizontal installation is preferred. The plastic pump body shall not bear pipeline weight to avoid deformation and leakage. For special vertical installation, the motor must be placed upward to ensure structural stability and prevent liquid accumulation.
Pipeline Configuration Requirements
If the liquid level is higher than the pump axis, only open the inlet valve before startup. If the liquid level is lower than the pump axis, the suction pipeline must be equipped with a bottom valve. Install a filter for solid particle media and a magnetic filter for ferromagnetic particles to protect core components.
Pre-start Inspection
Check that the motor fan rotates flexibly without jamming and abnormal noise, fasten all fasteners, and confirm the motor rotation direction is consistent with the pump marking to avoid reverse rotation damage.
Standard Start-stop Process
Start the motor with no load, slowly open the discharge valve after stable operation and adjust to the required opening. Before shutdown, close the discharge valve first, then close the inlet valve and cut off the power to prevent reverse rotation and component impact wear.
5. Key Precautions
Strictly Prohibit Dry Operation
Bearings rely entirely on medium lubrication and cooling. Dry operation and temporary no-load operation after power failure are strictly forbidden to prevent irreversible burnout of bearings and isolation sleeves.
Strict Temperature and Working Condition Control
Ambient temperature shall be lower than 40℃, and motor temperature rise shall not exceed 75℃. Max medium temperature: 60℃ for plastic pumps and 100℃ for metal pumps. Over-pressure, over-temperature and over-density operation are prohibited.
Timely Cleaning for Crystalline Media
For precipitable and crystalline media, drain and clean the pump cavity thoroughly after operation to prevent crystal blockage, impeller jamming and equipment failure.
Regular Inspection and Maintenance
After 100 hours of operation, disassemble and inspect the wear of bearings and end-face moving rings, replace worn vulnerable parts in time to restore rated performance and extend service life.
