3. Working Principle

The CQ magnetic drive pump operates on the permanent magnet non-contact coupling transmission principle, abandoning the traditional mechanical shaft drive mode. The motor drives the outer permanent magnet rotor to rotate, and the magnetic field penetrates the isolation sleeve to drive the inner magnet rotor synchronously without mechanical contact.

The impeller rotates at high speed to form negative pressure for medium suction and completes pressurized discharge through centrifugal force. The medium is completely sealed inside the pump body without any leakage channel. The non-friction transmission structure ensures long-term stable, silent and leak-free continuous fluid conveying.
