3. Working Principle
The NYP high-viscosity internal meshing gear pump operates on the precision internal meshing positive displacement principle. The integrated closed conveying structure consists of an outer rotor, inner rotor, crescent plate and fully enclosed pump body. The motor drives the outer rotor to rotate and synchronously drives the inner rotor for co-rotation.
The special crescent plate separates the suction port and discharge port to form independent closed cavities. During operation, the cavity volume on the suction side expands to form stable negative pressure for medium inhalation; the medium is conveyed to the discharge side with the rotor, and the cavity shrinks to squeeze the medium for stable pressure discharge.
