1. Product Overview
The ZYB adjustable high-pressure residual oil pump is an upgraded heavy-duty industrial gear pump specially designed for dirty and impurity-containing oil medium transportation. Different from ordinary clean-medium gear pumps, it targets harsh working conditions such as residual oil, heavy oil and inferior fuel oil. With heat-treated high-wear-resistant materials, self-sealing lubrication and original hydraulic balance technology, it realizes high-pressure stable operation, adjustable pressure repair and ultra-long service life.
The service life is 5-10 times longer than that of conventional gear pumps. It stably conveys media within 200℃ and viscosity below 1500mm²/s with non-metallic impurities, widely used in petroleum, chemical, asphalt mixing, road construction, power building materials and grain and oil industries for high-pressure fuel injection and heavy-duty lubrication delivery.
