3. Working Principle
The CYZ-A self-priming centrifugal oil pump adopts a unique axial liquid return and gas-liquid separation circulating structure. The pump body consists of a suction chamber, liquid storage chamber, volute chamber, liquid return hole and gas-liquid separation chamber.
After startup, the high-speed rotating impeller mixes the stored liquid in the pump with pipeline air to form a gas-liquid two-phase fluid. Under centrifugal force, the mixed fluid flows to the outer edge of the impeller and enters the separation chamber through the diffusion pipe. The air is separated and discharged due to sudden flow velocity reduction, while the degassed liquid flows back to the storage chamber through the return hole and participates in circulation again.
The cycle continuously exhausts pipeline air to complete the self-priming process and realize stable pressurized conveying. The double sealing structure ensures no internal leakage, and the bearing cooling system maintains constant temperature operation, supporting long-term efficient and leak-free continuous working.
