1. Product Overview

The 2SK two-stage water ring vacuum pump is a high-precision, highly adaptable and durable industrial vacuum equipment. It adopts an innovative two-stage series supercharging structure, effectively solving the common defects of single-stage water ring pumps, such as low vacuum limit and obvious pumping speed attenuation in high vacuum areas. Using clean water as the working medium, the pump operates oil-free, pollution-free and explosion-proof. It stably extracts non-corrosive, water-insoluble gas and creates a high-precision and ultra-stable vacuum environment in closed containers, perfectly meeting high-standard refined industrial vacuum process requirements.

The series includes two models: standard 2SK and upgraded 2SK-P1 atmospheric jet unit, covering graded high-vacuum working conditions. The standard version is suitable for conventional medium and high vacuum operations, while the 2SK-P1 breaks the vacuum limit of ordinary water ring pumps to achieve ultra-high vacuum output. Compared with single-stage pumps, the 2SK series maintains stable pumping speed in high vacuum zones and features stronger tolerance for complex media. Dual-model Gradient Matching, Full Vacuum Range Coverage

The two models accurately cover different high-vacuum gradients. The standard 2SK series is applicable to working conditions with suction pressure below -0.08MPa. The upgraded 2SK-P1 atmospheric jet unit adapts to ultra-high vacuum conditions with suction pressure below -0.096MPa, reaching an ultimate vacuum of -750mmHg. Its stable working vacuum ranges from -0.03MPa to -0.08MPa, which can precisely match various high-precision vacuum process parameters.

3. Working Principle

The 2SK two-stage water ring vacuum pump adopts a two-stage series positive displacement ventilation principle. The motor drives two sets of series impellers to rotate synchronously, and the water inside the pump cavity forms a stable rotating water ring. During eccentric operation, periodically expandable and compressible air chambers are formed between blades and the water ring. The gas is initially sucked and pressurized by the first-stage impeller and secondarily supercharged and stabilized by the second-stage impeller, which effectively solves the problem of pumping speed attenuation of single-stage pumps under high vacuum and continuously outputs stable high vacuum.

When equipped with the 2SK-P1 atmospheric jet module, the equipment further breaks the vacuum limit of conventional water ring pumps through auxiliary atmospheric supercharging. The whole working process adopts water sealing and isothermal ventilation without high temperature or sparks. With built-in circulating medium structure, it resists micro liquid and dust interference, ensuring long-term stable vacuum performance in complex industrial working conditions.

Applicable Working Conditions: Suitable for extracting non-corrosive and water-insoluble process gas, compatible with mixed gas containing water vapor, tiny liquid droplets, trace dust and flammable components. It supports long-term continuous operation in high-humidity, dusty and temperature-fluctuating harsh environments. The standard 2SK model applies to suction pressure ≤ -0.08MPa; the 2SK-P1 model applies to ultra-high vacuum working conditions ≤ -0.096MPa.

Operation Prohibitions: It is forbidden to extract strongly corrosive gas or gas containing a large amount of solid particles and viscous impurities to avoid abrasion of two-stage impellers and pump cavity inner walls. Long-term overload operation beyond ultimate vacuum and rated working conditions is prohibited to ensure service life and operational stability.
