During the expansion process, air in the closed container is stably sucked into the pump cavity; during the contraction and compression process, the gas is pressurized and discharged in order, continuously extracting air from the closed space and forming stable vacuum negative pressure.Special vacuum pump oil provides full-process sealing, lubrication and cooling for the equipment. The oil seal structure effectively isolates external air and impurities to ensure stable vacuum degree. Working Restrictions & Operation Specifications
Prohibited Working Conditions: The pump is only applicable to extract clean, dry, non-corrosive and dust-free conventional air media. It is prohibited to extract gas corrosive to ferrous metals, gas chemically reactive with vacuum oil, as well as high-oxygen, explosive and toxic gas. This equipment is only used for vacuum extraction of closed containers and cannot be used as a gas transmission pump for gas delivery between containers, so as to avoid equipment damage, vacuum failure and potential safety hazards.Daily Operation Specifications: Block the air inlet during idle shutdown to prevent external dust and sundries from entering the pump cavity and causing wear. Long-term operation will cause vacuum oil turbidity and deterioration; users shall unscrew the oil drain screw to drain dirty oil completely, then tighten the screw and fill clean vacuum pump oil to the midline of the oil gauge. If abnormal vacuum occurs during operation, disassembly and maintenance must be guided by professional personnel; unauthorized disassembly is prohibited. Check the oil level regularly, supplement oil in case of insufficiency and replace oil in case of contamination. Avoid long-term large-displacement exhaust operation; release pressure and balance internal and external pressure after exhaust to protect equipment components.
