    The SK direct-coupled water ring vacuum pump is an industrial universal isothermal safety dual-function fluid equipment, integrating vacuum suction and gas compression functions. It is specially designed for negative pressure forming and positive pressure gas supply of closed containers. It can stably process air and various non-corrosive, water-insoluble and particle-free process gases. Different from most precision vacuum pumps that are sensitive to moisture and impurities, this pump allows a small amount of liquid medium mixed in the intake gas, perfectly adapting to complex industrial working conditions with moisture and condensed water.
    Its core industrial advantage is the full-process isothermal compression technology. No temperature rise or heat accumulation occurs during gas suction and compression, fundamentally avoiding combustion and explosion risks when handling flammable and volatile gases, with far higher safety performance than conventional mechanical vacuum pumps.     3. Working Principle

    The impeller is directly driven by the motor to rotate at high speed. Pre-stored clean water inside the pump cavity is driven by the rotating impeller to fit the inner wall of the cavity and form a stable closed water ring, constructing closed air chambers with periodically variable volume. During impeller rotation, the air chamber volume gradually expands to reduce internal air pressure and complete stable suction of external process gas. With continuous rotation, the air chamber volume shrinks continuously, and the internal gas is compressed isothermally with rising air pressure, finally realizing gas discharge or positive pressure pressurized delivery.
    During continuous operation, heat generated by gas compression increases the temperature of working water, and a small amount of water is lost with exhaust gas, easily causing water ring sealing failure and vacuum decline. Continuous cold water supply realizes real-time cooling heat exchange and water compensation, stabilizes the working state of the water ring, and maintains efficient and constant air suction and compression performance to ensure continuous and stable technological processes.
