3. Working Principle
The SK water ring vacuum pump and compressor uses water as the sealing and cooling medium, and forms a closed circulating water ring through impeller rotation to realize continuous gas suction, compression and pressurized delivery. After startup, the high-speed rotating impeller drives the internal water body to fit the inner wall of the pump cavity to form a stable water ring, forming independent closed air chambers between the impeller hub and the water ring. With the continuous rotation of the impeller, the closed space between blades gradually expands with decreasing air pressure, realizing automatic gas suction. In the subsequent rotation process, the blade space shrinks continuously to compress the gas and increase internal pressure. When the gas pressure exceeds the exhaust port threshold, the gas is stably discharged or pressurized and delivered. The impeller completes a complete suction-compression-exhaust cycle per rotation. The alternating operation of multiple blade groups enables uninterrupted and stable gas suction and pressure delivery, and the full-process isothermal heat exchange ensures safe and stable operation.

5. Applicable Working Conditions and Restrictions
Applicable Media: It can suck and pressurize air and various non-corrosive, water-insoluble and particle-free clean process gas. A small amount of liquid medium mixed in the gas is allowed. It adapts to normal-temperature humid process conditions and can safely treat flammable and volatile gas.
Usage Restrictions: It is strictly prohibited to suck or pressurize gas containing solid dust and particle impurities to avoid pump cavity wear and water ring seal damage. Long-term operation with strong corrosive gas is forbidden to prevent pump body corrosion and damage. It is not applicable to the delivery of high-concentration and high-viscosity liquid media, and is only used for gas suction and pressurization processes.
