1. Product Overview

The XD single-stage oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pump is a core general-purpose equipment for industrial closed negative pressure systems. Adopting a mature single-stage positive displacement structure, it features standardized configuration, stable performance and low failure rate, serving as a mainstream basic model for vacuum forming, vacuum packaging and negative pressure adsorption in various industries. Different from ordinary single-stage pumps with simple protection, easy oil backflow and severe exhaust pollution, this pump is equipped with a three-protection system including air intake filtration, oil-gas separation and shutdown anti-backflow function. Combined with independent air cooling and flexible direct drive structure, it operates cleaner, smoother and more durably. Equipped with a full-link protection system to ensure system cleanliness from air intake, operation to shutdown. The oil separator is fitted with a high-efficiency exhaust filter to fully separate oil and gas mixtures, greatly reducing oil mist emission and optimizing the workshop working environment. The built-in intelligent isolation valve at the air inlet automatically cuts off the connection between the pump and the vacuum pipeline when stopping, completely preventing pump oil backflow and effectively protecting vacuum cavities and workpieces from pollution, meeting high-standard clean production requirements.

Flexible Direct Drive, Low Noise and High Stability

Adopting motor direct drive mode and elastic coupling flexible transmission structure, it eliminates the defects of traditional belt drive such as large loss, easy slipping and high noise. The elastic coupling effectively buffers vibration during startup and shutdown, realizing higher transmission efficiency and smoother operation. The whole machine runs with low vibration and low noise, requiring no complicated commissioning and regular transmission maintenance. Independent Air Cooling, Wide Working Condition Adaptability

The pump can operate stably for a long time when both ambient temperature and suction gas temperature are between 5℃ and 40℃. 3. Working Principle

The XD single-stage oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pump realizes negative pressure pumping based on positive displacement ventilation principle. The motor directly drives the internal rotor to rotate at high speed through an elastic coupling. The eccentrically arranged vanes closely fit the inner wall of the pump cavity under centrifugal force, resulting in periodic volume expansion and compression. During the expansion stage, clean gas in closed equipment and pipelines is stably sucked into the pump cavity; during the compression stage, the gas is pressurized and purified by the built-in oil-gas separation and exhaust filtration system before discharge, continuously forming stable vacuum negative pressure. The whole machine adopts full-process air cooling and oil film sealing lubrication. The suction isolation valve closes immediately after shutdown to isolate the pump from the working system, realizing efficient, clean and stable vacuum pumping.

5. Working Specifications & Safety Restrictions

Pressure Specifications: The exclusive working inlet pressure range is 100Pa～10000Pa. Operation beyond the rated range is strictly prohibited, which will cause excessive exhaust oil mist, abnormal working conditions and shortened service life.

Temperature Specifications: The ambient working temperature and suction gas temperature must be stably controlled within 5℃-40℃. Excessively high or low temperature will affect heat dissipation and operation stability and cause potential equipment failures.

Medium Extraction Restrictions: This pump is only applicable to clean and dry air extraction. It is strictly forbidden to extract water, liquid media, flammable and explosive gas, high-oxygen gas and corrosive gas to prevent pump oil deterioration, pump cavity corrosion, equipment damage and safety accidents.

Motor Configuration Instructions: The standard motor is non-explosion-proof, only applicable to conventional working conditions without flammable and explosive media. Explosion-proof motors need to be customized for explosion-proof workshops and high-risk special working conditions to fully comply with industrial safety standards.
