The SZB cantilever liquid ring vacuum pump is a single-stage single-suction light-duty water ring vacuum equipment. With a simplified cantilever structure and plug-and-play design, it is specially developed for clean gas suction and large water pump vacuum water diversion scenarios. It stably extracts air, water-insoluble, particle-free and non-corrosive clean gas, achieving a maximum vacuum degree of 85% (-0.086MPa) with stable and ripple-free negative pressure output. The mainstream mass-produced models include SZB-4 and SZB-8. The model number represents the gas flow (L/s) under the standard 520mm mercury column condition, enabling clear and quick selection. Featuring simple structure, low failure rate and easy maintenance, it is a cost-effective preferred model for water diversion, light industry supporting and general negative pressure processes.

3. Working Principle

After startup, quantitative clean water is injected into the pump cavity. The high-speed rotating impeller drives the water body to form a uniform annular water ring, forming a variable-volume sealed cavity. Through periodic volume expansion and compression, the pump continuously sucks and exhausts air and clean gas inside pipelines and equipment to build stable negative pressure. For water pump diversion scenarios, it quickly empties pipeline air to realize rapid water filling and full-water startup. The whole wet operation realizes self-cooling, buffering and anti-blocking effects, ensuring low-noise, stable and long-lasting operation.

5. Application Restrictions

This pump is only applicable to clean gas such as air and water-insoluble particle-free non-corrosive gas. It is strictly prohibited to extract corrosive gas, dust-containing gas, flammable and explosive gas and water-soluble special gas, so as to avoid cavity blockage, pump body corrosion and potential safety hazards. It is not suitable for ultra-high vacuum, high-pressure boosting and corrosive working conditions.
