1. Product Overview
The 2X two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump is a high-precision double-stage positive displacement vacuum equipment, adopting a unique high-pressure and low-pressure series dual-cavity structure, which breaks through the low vacuum limit and unstable negative pressure defects of single-stage vacuum pumps. During operation, the low-pressure stage firstly extracts gas from the vacuum container, and the high-pressure stage completes secondary compression and exhaust. When the system vacuum degree reaches the critical value, the high-pressure stage exhaust valve closes automatically, and all gas is transferred to the low-pressure stage for secondary pressurization and discharge, realizing step-by-step gas purification and vacuum stabilization. The ultimate vacuum degree can reach 6×10⁻² Pa with excellent high-vacuum forming performance. It can operate independently with direct atmospheric exhaust, and can also be used as a front-stage pump matched with a vacuum booster pump to upgrade the system vacuum. This equipment is a high-precision special vacuum pumping device, only suitable for clean gas vacuuming operations. It is strictly prohibited to extract excessive oxygen gas, flammable and explosive gas, metal corrosive gas, gas reactive with vacuum oil, and gas containing solid particles and dust impurities, so as to avoid pump cavity wear, rotor jamming, vacuum oil deterioration and equipment damage. Meanwhile, the pump is only used for vacuum pumping, forbidden to be used as a material delivery pump or gas compression pump to prevent equipment failure and potential safety hazards.
