The ZJY overflow valve Roots vacuum pump is an upgraded positive displacement booster pump derived from the traditional ZJ Roots pumps, specially optimized for industrial medium and high vacuum systems. Adopting the mature working principle of synchronous rotation of double figure-eight rotors, it continuously completes air suction and exhaust through periodic changes of pump cavity volume, effectively improving the overall vacuuming efficiency. As a professional vacuum booster device, the ZJY pump cannot exhaust gas directly to the atmosphere independently and must work cooperatively with a fore vacuum pump to form a complete vacuum unit. Compared with ordinary ZJ Roots pumps, the biggest upgrade of the ZJY model is the built-in integrated overflow pressure regulating valve.
