The 2XZ direct-coupled rotary vane vacuum pump is a high-precision two-stage dry vacuum equipment. Different from wet-type liquid ring pumps, it adopts a high-low pressure series structure to purify vacuum step by step, achieving higher vacuum degree and cleaner negative pressure environment. It can work independently or serve as the fore pump and stabilizing pump for diffusion pumps, molecular pumps and titanium pumps, supporting high-end vacuum system combination operation.
