1. Product Overview
SKA/2BV liquid ring vacuum pump is an oil-free, moisture-resistant, wet & dry dual-purpose industrial vacuum equipment. Adopting coaxial direct-coupled integrated structure, it focuses on gas extraction, water vapor separation, negative pressure forming and low-pressure compression. The impeller rotates to form a stable liquid ring sealing cavity, continuously extracting air, mixed gas and water vapor to build a clean vacuum environment. The ultimate vacuum reaches 33mbar absolute pressure (97% vacuum degree), and can be upgraded to 10mbar with an air ejector. It supports dual functions of vacuum pumping and low-pressure compression with a maximum compression pressure of 0.26MPa absolute pressure. Equipped with flexible anti-over-compression exhaust design, full sealing leakage-proof structure and multi-grade corrosion resistance, it solves the common defects of traditional vacuum pumps and is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, papermaking and environmental protection industries.
