1. Product Overview
The submerged single screw pump is an immersive positive displacement conveying equipment specially designed for low-liquid-level working conditions such as low liquid tanks and deep pool liquid suction. Different from conventional ground-mounted screw pumps, it adopts an integral submerged structure. The core components consist of a double-helix cavity stator and a single-helix meshing rotor. When the pump shaft rotates, the rotor spins independently and rolls along the inner wall of the stator, continuously forming closed dynamic sealing cavities. With each rotation of the screw, the medium advances steadily by one pitch and is discharged in a spiral progressive manner. Requiring no mechanical seal, no pre-filling and no priming, the pump completely solves common problems such as empty suction and pipeline air intake of traditional pumps.
