1. Product Overview

The 3G series three screw pump includes 3G general industrial type, 3GC marine type and customized special types. It is a high-pressure silent rotor positive displacement pump professionally developed for lubricating oil medium pressure stabilizing and boosting transportation. Through precise meshing of the driving screw and two driven screws, matched with the three-hole bushing structure, graded dynamic sealing chambers are formed inside the pump. The medium moves axially in a straight line and boosts pressure step by step, realizing continuous, stable and pulse-free delivery. Different from single screw pumps for viscous material conveying, it focuses on high-pressure, low-noise and high-efficiency oil transportation. With compact structure, light weight and ultra-low wear, it is widely used for long-term continuous oil supply in marine, hydraulic engineering and petrochemical industries.
