1. Product Overview

The G Type Hopper Sanitary Single Screw Pump is a forced-feeding positive displacement conveying equipment specially designed for non-flowing, ultra-high viscosity, high solid-content and fiber-containing clean materials. Based on the rotary meshing volume principle, it adopts an eccentric rotor and precision elastic stator to form continuous sealed cavities. The medium is pushed axially and evenly without vortex, shear or agitation, completely retaining the original structure and activity of materials. Different from ordinary sanitary pumps, it is equipped with an integrated sanitary hopper and built-in spiral forced feeding structure, solving common problems such as difficult feeding, material breakage and idling of non-flowing paste materials. All wetted parts adopt 304/316L food-grade stainless steel with mirror polishing. With linear adjustable flow rate and GMP sanitary grade, it is a professional high-end pump for high-viscosity clean material transportation in food, pharmaceutical and fine chemical industries.
