1. Product Overview
The GF sanitary single screw pump is a high-end sterile positive displacement pump specially developed for food, pharmaceutical and daily chemical clean working conditions. Adopting rotary meshing volume principle, it consists of an eccentric screw rotor and a high-precision elastic stator. Special spiral geometric structure forms continuous independent closed cavities, pushing the medium axially and evenly without turbulence, shear or agitation, which completely retains the activity, taste and physical properties of materials. All wetted parts are made of 304/316L food-grade stainless steel with mirror polishing, no dead corners and no residue, fully complying with GMP sanitary standards. Equipped with food-grade elastic stator, it can stably transport high-viscosity pastes, soft particle and fibrous clean materials. With linear adjustable flow rate, it is an ideal sterile and non-destructive conveying equipment for high-precision clean production lines.
