Based on the rotary meshing volume principle, it forms continuous independent closed sealed cavities through the special geometric structure of eccentric rotor and fixed elastic stator. The medium is pushed axially and evenly without velocity impact, pressure fluctuation, eddy current or mechanical agitation, completely protecting the original structure, viscosity and quality of materials. Different from ordinary direct-coupled and variable-frequency screw pumps, this model is equipped with a professional gearbox reduction system, featuring low-speed high torque, constant stable output and strong overload resistance. With composite elastic stator, it can stably convey high-viscosity fluids, media with hard suspended particles and fibrous impurities that ordinary pumps cannot handle.
