1. Product Overview
G Stepless Speed Regulation Single Screw Pump is a positive displacement pump operating on rotary meshing volume principle. Its main working components are eccentric screw (rotor) and fixed liner (stator). The special geometric shape of rotor and stator forms independent sealed chambers. The medium flows axially evenly with low internal flow velocity and stable pressure, without vortex or agitation, so the inherent structure of medium can be well preserved. The stator is made of multiple elastic materials, making the pump capable of transporting high-viscosity fluids and media containing hard suspended particles or fibers, which ordinary pumps cannot handle. The flow rate is proportional to rotating speed, and stepless speed adjustment enables flexible flow control. The output pressure of single-stage pump reaches 0.6MPa, water lift 60m, self-priming height up to 5m. Applicable medium temperature is below 80℃, and up to 150℃ for customized version. Multiple transmission modes are available, including direct coupling, variable-speed motor, V-belt and gearbox. With few parts, compact structure and small size, the pump is easy to maintain. Rotor and stator are main wearing parts with simple assembly and disassembly.
