1. Product Overview
The G single screw pump is a new-type positive displacement pump based on rotary meshing volume principle. It mainly consists of an eccentric screw rotor and a fixed stator liner. With special geometric structure, continuous independent sealed cavities are formed during operation. The medium flows axially and evenly with low internal flow velocity, constant volume and stable pressure, without vortex or agitation, ensuring no damage to the inherent structure of the medium. The stator is made of various elastic materials, enabling the pump to deliver high-viscosity fluids, media with hard suspended particles and fibrous impurities that ordinary pumps cannot handle. The flow rate is proportional to the rotating speed. Equipped with various transmission and speed regulation devices, the pump achieves stable high-pressure delivery. The single-stage output pressure reaches 0.6MPa, the water lift is 60m, and the self-priming height is up to 5m. The applicable medium temperature is below 80℃, and up to 150℃ for customized versions. Featuring compact structure and convenient maintenance, it is an ideal device for conveying complex and viscous materials.
