1. Product Overview
SFB and SFBX series stainless steel anti-corrosion centrifugal pumps are direct-coupled stainless steel transfer pumps. Impellers are available in closed or semi-open configurations to suit various working conditions. SFB is a standard centrifugal pump, while SFBX is equipped with self-priming capability. Featuring mature structural design, compact size and excellent hydraulic performance, all wetted parts are made of stainless steel with reliable corrosion resistance and sanitary performance. Easy to maintain and energy-saving, they are widely used for corrosive liquid transportation in food, pharmaceutical and fine chemical industries.

Integrated Optimized Design: Combining reasonable internal structure, stable hydraulic performance and streamlined appearance for comprehensive superior performance.
Stainless Steel Wetted Components: Wetted parts and brackets can be manufactured from 304, 316L or 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel with reliable anti-corrosion property, meeting sanitary requirements for clean media.
Compact & Energy-saving: Direct-coupled structure reduces overall dimension. The pump features low power consumption, reliable sealing and convenient operation and maintenance.
Optional Impeller Types: Closed impellers for clean liquids; semi-open impellers offer better particle passage for fluids containing small soft particles and fibers.
SFBX with Self-priming Function: SFB is standard centrifugal type; SFBX integrates self-priming structure and works without foot valve for liquid suction from lower liquid level.
3. Standard Material Configuration
• Wetted parts & support bracket: 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel (304 / 316L optional)
• Mechanical seal: Stationary ring – Silicon Carbide (SiC); Rotating ring – furan resin impregnated graphite
• Elastomer components: Fluorine rubber
• Custom options: 316 stainless steel wetted parts, PTFE shaft seals, or alternative rotating/stationary seal rings available upon different medium requirements.
4. Applicable Media & Application Scope
These pumps are suitable for conveying corrosive liquids or sanitary liquids containing fine soft particles and fibrous materials. SFBX series provides additional self-priming performance. Both series are widely adopted in food, pharmaceutical, fine chemical and daily chemical industries for process circulation, raw material transfer, liquid medicine transportation and delivery of sanitary corrosive media.
