1. Product Overview
The FS type FRP chemical centrifugal pump is a horizontal single-stage single-suction anti-corrosion centrifugal pump. All medium-contacting parts are made of polyvinyl butyral modified phenolic glass fiber and integrally molded under high temperature. Featuring light weight, high strength, non-deformation, temperature resistance and excellent corrosion resistance, the pump can partially replace expensive metal materials such as molybdenum-containing stainless steel and titanium alloy. Driven directly by the motor through a jaw elastic coupling and equipped with high-performance F4 bellows mechanical seal, the pump has a high degree of standardization and universal parts, enabling easy disassembly and maintenance. Note: FS FRP pumps are strictly prohibited for alkaline media and oxidizing acid working conditions.

1. High-performance FRP Material: The modified phenolic glass fiber is high-temperature molded with stable structural performance, high mechanical strength, deformation resistance, temperature resistance and aging resistance, suitable for long-term continuous industrial operation.

4. Reliable Long-life Mechanical Seal: Equipped with WB2 external F4 bellows mechanical seal, featuring wear resistance, corrosion resistance and stable sealing performance, realizing zero leakage and long service life during continuous operation.
5. Standardized & Easy Maintenance: Advanced and reasonable structural design ensures high universality and interchangeability of parts. Simple disassembly and inspection greatly reduce daily maintenance workload.
3. Material Selection Basis
Ordinary steel, stainless steel, aluminum, lead and other common engineering metals suffer severe corrosion in hydrochloric acid and cannot be used for acid transportation. Phenolic FRP materials have excellent resistance to non-oxidizing acids such as hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid, as well as salt solutions and water. However, the material is not resistant to alkaline media and oxidizing acids such as nitric acid and chromic acid, so it is only applicable to non-oxidizing corrosive working conditions.
4. Applicable Media & Industry Scope
The FS FRP pump is suitable for transporting non-solid, non-crystallizable non-oxidizing corrosive liquids below 100℃, including hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, formic acid, acetic acid and butyric acid. It is widely used in petrochemical, smelting, dyeing, printing and dyeing, pesticide, pharmaceutical, rare earth processing and leather industries for process acid liquid circulation and corrosive medium transportation.
