1. Product Overview
The S-type direct-coupled FRP centrifugal pump is a compact and high-efficiency anti-corrosion pump with integrated direct-coupled structure. All liquid-contacting wetted parts are integrally hot-pressed with polyvinyl butyral modified phenolic glass fiber material, featuring excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, light weight, high specific strength and non-deformation performance. The shaft seal is available in two configurations: ordinary mechanical seal and particle-resistant mechanical seal, adapting to different medium conditions. Submerged type requires no mechanical seal. With reasonable structural design and low power consumption, the pump operates stably and economically, widely used for corrosive medium transportation in chemical, environmental protection and light industrial fields.

1. High-performance Modified FRP Material：The wetted parts are made of modified phenolic glass fiber through high-temperature integral molding. 2. Dual Mechanical Seal Options for Wide Adaptability：Equipped with two optional sealing structures. Ordinary mechanical seal is suitable for clean corrosive media, while particle-resistant mechanical seal adapts to media with fine solid particles. Submerged type without mechanical seal effectively eliminates seal failure risks.
3. Direct-coupled Energy-saving Structure：The integrated direct-coupled driving design reduces power transmission loss with low energy consumption and high operating efficiency, ideal for long-term continuous industrial operation.

3. Material Performance & Selection Basis
The modified phenolic FRP material has excellent resistance to non-oxidizing acids and salt solutions, effectively solving the serious corrosion problem of ordinary metal materials in acidic media. It features light weight and high specific strength with outstanding high-temperature resistance and deformation resistance. Chemically stable and targeted in performance, the material is only suitable for non-oxidizing corrosive working conditions and not applicable for alkaline media and strong oxidizing acids.
4. Main Application Scope
Widely applied in chemical industry, smelting, printing and dyeing, pesticide, pharmaceutical production, environmental sewage treatment and light industry.
