1. Product Overview
The GBW horizontal concentrated sulfuric acid centrifugal pump is a professional single-stage single-suction horizontal chemical pump optimized specifically for high-concentration concentrated sulfuric acid transportation. Made of special acid-resistant cast iron and carbon steel, the pump forms a dense protective iron sulfate film on the metal surface in concentrated sulfuric acid, providing reliable anti-corrosion performance. Adopting a flexible horizontal structure with adjustable outlet direction, low-noise double bearing support and high-precision silicon carbide mechanical seal, the pump features stable vibration-free operation, zero leakage, low failure rate and convenient maintenance. It is an economical and reliable dedicated pump for concentrated sulfuric acid transportation in chemical, metallurgical and environmental protection industries.

1. Simple & Efficient Maintenance: The simplified and reasonable structural design enables quick replacement of core wearing parts such as mechanical seals and bearings without complicated pipeline disassembly, greatly reducing maintenance time and operating costs.

3. Material Selection Basis & Working Parameters
The GBW concentrated sulfuric acid pump adopts professionally selected special acid-resistant steel materials. Special steel is suitable for 80%～100% concentrated sulfuric acid with a working temperature of 60℃～80℃. A dense protective iron sulfate film is automatically formed on the metal surface to isolate strong acid corrosion and ensure long-term stable operation.
Material application restrictions: Cast iron is not applicable for fuming sulfuric acid above 100% due to material brittleness caused by chemical reaction between sulfur trioxide and silicon in cast iron. Carbon steel is not suitable for 100%～102% fuming sulfuric acid but reusable for acid concentration above 102% with a maximum temperature of 60℃. Dilute sulfuric acid causes severe corrosion to steel, with the highest corrosion rate at 47% concentration. Although the corrosion rate decreases above 65% concentration, steel is not recommended for 65%～80% sulfuric acid, while lead or other dilute-acid-resistant materials are safer.
Special Cast Iron Applicable Condition: Sulfuric acid concentration 80%～98%; working temperature 25℃～50℃.
