1. Product Overview
The FPZ corrosion-resistant self-priming centrifugal pump is a high-efficiency anti-corrosion self-priming conveying equipment integrally injection-molded with CFR-PP reinforced polypropylene material. With high mechanical strength and excellent corrosion resistance against acid, alkali and salt media, the pump adopts a reasonable internal structure equipped with a liquid suction chamber, liquid storage chamber, return check valve, gas-liquid separation chamber and return hole. Only one-time liquid filling is required for the first startup, and no repeated priming is needed for subsequent operation. It supports intermittent medium suction without additional cooling water for the mechanical seal. Featuring simple operation, high safety and zero leakage, it can perfectly replace traditional submerged pumps for conventional corrosive fluid transportation.

3. Applicable Media & Working Conditions
The FPZ corrosion-resistant self-priming pump operates stably within a temperature range of -14℃ to 80℃. It is suitable for long-term transportation of conventional acid, alkali and salt corrosive media, supporting both continuous and intermittent fluid delivery in normal industrial working conditions.
