1. Product Overview
The GBF fluorine-lined pipeline pump is a vertical pipeline centrifugal pump specially designed for transporting corrosive media. All wetted parts are made of high-quality F46 fluoroplastic with excellent anti-corrosion performance. It is suitable for harsh corrosive working conditions that ordinary metal pumps cannot adapt to, and can effectively replace high-cost precious metal pumps such as 316L stainless steel and titanium alloy. Featuring coaxial inlet and outlet, flexible vertical and horizontal installation, low vibration and reliable sealing, the pump supports outdoor operation and convenient maintenance. It can continuously transport various strong acid and alkali corrosive fluids within a wide temperature range, serving as an ideal pipeline transportation equipment for chemical and environmental protection industries.
2. Core Product Features
Full Fluoroplastic Anti-corrosion Design: All flow parts adopt F46 fluoroplastic material with ultra-high chemical stability. It resists high-concentration acid, alkali and oxidant media, realizing higher corrosion resistance than ordinary stainless steel and replacing titanium alloy and 316L precious metal materials.
Coaxial Pipeline Structure & Flexible Installation: The inlet and outlet have the same caliber and are on the same center line. It supports vertical and horizontal installation according to pipeline layout. Equipped with a protective cover, it can be used outdoors with strong environmental adaptability.
Balanced Bearing Configuration for Stable Operation: The impeller is directly matched with motor bearings with a reasonable structural layout, which effectively balances radial and axial loads during operation, reducing vibration and noise and ensuring long-term stable operation.
Multiple Mechanical Seal Combinations: Equipped with ordinary and particle-resistant mechanical seals, the pump adapts to clean media and micro-particle media respectively. The wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant sealing system greatly prolongs service life and prevents medium leakage.
Series & Parallel Operation Support: Pumps can be operated in series or parallel according to on-site flow and head requirements, flexibly adjusting working parameters to meet high-flow and high-lift industrial demands.
Maintenance Without Pipeline Disassembly: The unique integrated base structure allows all rotor parts to be disassembled by simply removing the base nuts without dismantling the pipeline system, greatly improving maintenance efficiency and reducing operating costs.
3. Applicable Temperature & Scope
The GBF fluorine-lined pipeline pump operates stably within a temperature range of -85℃ to 200℃. It can long-term transport various concentrations of acid liquid, alkali liquid, oxidants and other strongly corrosive chemical liquids, covering almost all harsh corrosive fluid transportation working conditions.
