1. Product Overview
The IHF series fluoroplastic alloy chemical centrifugal pump is a single-stage single-suction horizontal anti-corrosion chemical pump developed for harsh and highly corrosive industrial media. The pump body adopts a metal shell lined with fluorinated ethylene propylene (F46). All wetted parts including the pump cover, impeller and shaft sleeve are integrally sintered and pressed with metal inserts coated with fluoroplastic. The shaft seal adopts high-quality PTFE-filled material with excellent corrosion and wear resistance. Both inlet and outlet ports are reinforced with cast steel to improve pressure resistance and structural stability. Featuring high mechanical strength, aging resistance, stable operation, reliable sealing performance and convenient maintenance, the pump can continuously deliver various strong corrosive media under ultra-wide temperature conditions, making it one of the most reliable anti-corrosion pumps in the chemical industry.

3. Applicable Temperature & Media
The IHF fluoroplastic alloy chemical pump supports an ultra-wide temperature range from -85℃ to 200℃. It can transport high-concentration sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, strong alkalis, strong oxidants, organic solvents, reducing agents and other highly corrosive media that ordinary stainless steel pumps cannot handle.
