1. Product Overview

The FZB series fluoroplastic alloy self-priming pump is a high-performance chemical self-priming pump integrating strong corrosion resistance, high pressure resistance and automatic self-priming function. The pump body adopts a metal shell lined with fluoroplastic, and all wetted parts are made of fluoroplastic alloy. Core components such as pump cover and impeller are integrally sintered and pressed with metal inserts coated with fluoroplastic, ensuring compact structure and anti-permeation performance. The shaft seal adopts an external bellows mechanical seal, with alumina ceramic or silicon nitride stationary ring and PTFE-filled rotating ring, delivering excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance and leak-proof performance. The inlet and outlet are reinforced with cast steel to enhance pressure resistance. Featuring high mechanical strength, aging resistance, stable operation, convenient maintenance and long service life, the pump has reliable self-priming capacity and can replace bulky traditional submerged pumps for corrosive fluid transportation.

Full Fluoroplastic Alloy Flow Path: All wetted parts are integrally sintered with fluoroplastic alloy, resisting strong acids, alkalis and oxidants. The material is non-aging and chemically stable, perfectly adapting to harsh chemical working conditions.

High-performance Mechanical Seal: Equipped with external bellows mechanical seal with ceramic/silicon nitride stationary ring and PTFE-filled rotating ring. It features low friction, excellent wear and corrosion resistance, achieving zero leakage during long-term continuous operation.

Cast Steel Reinforced Structure: The inlet and outlet are reinforced by cast steel, greatly improving pressure resistance, structural rigidity and impact resistance for stable industrial pressurized delivery.

Automatic Self-priming & Simple Operation: After initial liquid filling for the first use, no repeated water injection is required for subsequent startup. The self-priming height ranges from 2 to 4 meters according to medium density, enabling suction of liquid lower than the pump installation position.

Stable Operation & Easy Maintenance: Reasonable structural design ensures low vibration, low noise and high mechanical strength. Simple disassembly structure facilitates daily inspection and parts replacement with low failure rate and long service life.

3. Main Application Scope

Combining excellent corrosion resistance and stable self-priming performance, the FZB fluoroplastic self-priming pump is widely used for suction, transportation, circulation and unloading of various strong corrosive liquids. It is ideal for extracting corrosive liquid from underground tanks, transferring acid and alkali from bottomless tanks, circulating media among multiple acid tanks and acid unloading operations.
