1. Product Overview

The IH stainless steel chemical centrifugal pump is a single-stage single-suction horizontal anti-corrosion centrifugal pump, specially developed for conveying corrosive and high-purity fluids in chemical industries. Featuring mature structure, high assembly precision and convenient disassembly and maintenance, the pump is adaptable to normal-temperature and medium-high-temperature working conditions. It supports various customizable sealing structures according to different medium temperatures and corrosiveness. The standard applicable temperature ranges from -20℃ to 105℃. Equipped with a double-end mechanical seal cooling device, it can stably deliver high-temperature media up to 280℃. Widely used for transporting corrosive and contamination-free water-like media, it serves as a universal and reliable chemical pump for petroleum, chemical, environmental protection, pharmaceutical and other industrial fields.

2. Structural Characteristics

The IH chemical pump adopts a standardized horizontal foot-supported structure with stable overall layout, uniform stress and strong vibration resistance. The pump cover is positioned and fixed on the intermediate bracket through precision spigots, and firmly clamped by the butt joint between the pump body and the intermediate bracket, ensuring high assembly accuracy, good tightness and no positional deviation. Designed with axial suction and radial discharge, the pump features reasonable fluid layout, low hydraulic loss and high conveying efficiency. The foot-mounted pump body can be directly and stably fixed on the base with excellent stability and shock resistance. The suspension components are positioned on the intermediate bracket via spigots and supported on the base by suspension brackets, forming a rigid overall structure that guarantees stable operation without jitter or deformation during long-term continuous operation.

3. Driving Mode and Rotation Direction

The series of chemical pumps are directly driven by the motor through an extended coupling. The direct-coupled transmission structure is simple, efficient, low-noise and low-failure. The specified rotation direction is clockwise when viewed from the motor rear end, delivering stable torque and allowing long-term smooth continuous operation.

4. Diversified Shaft Seal Configurations (Customizable)

To adapt to different media, temperatures and working conditions, IH chemical pumps are equipped with two optional sealing types: packing seal and mechanical seal, providing strong adaptability for diverse industrial requirements.
- 1. Packing Seal: The pump cover is internally equipped with a packing box filled with high-quality soft packing. Featuring simple structure, easy maintenance and low replacement cost, the packing box can be fed with pressurized cooling water to cool, lubricate and flush the sealing surface, effectively reducing friction loss and extending service life. It is suitable for conventional normal-temperature working conditions with slight impurities.
- 2. Mechanical Seal: Available in single-end and double-end mechanical seal types. Pressurized cooling water can be injected into the sealing chamber to continuously flush and cool the friction surfaces, preventing dry friction and medium leakage. The double-end mechanical seal with a dedicated cooling device is specially designed for high-temperature media, greatly improving high-temperature resistance and anti-leakage performance.
5. Temperature Adaptation and Working Scope

Under standard working conditions, the pump stably conveys corrosive media at temperatures from -20℃ to 105℃. With an additional double-end seal cooling device, the applicable temperature can be extended up to 280℃, covering full working conditions of low, normal, medium and high temperatures. The pump is specially designed for conveying corrosive, high-purity and contamination-prohibited water-like fluids with wide medium adaptability and stable operating performance.
