1. Product Overview
ISWH stainless steel horizontal chemical centrifugal pump is a horizontal single-stage single-suction anti-corrosion centrifugal pump, manufactured with mature hydraulic models. The whole pump is made of stainless steel, specially designed for conveying various corrosive fluids. With reasonable structural layout, flexible installation and stable operation, it is widely applied in fluid transportation of multiple industries. It features wide applicable medium temperature range and simple maintenance, serving as a general horizontal pump for industrial corrosive liquid delivery.
2. Main Application
ISWH stainless steel horizontal chemical centrifugal pump is used to convey corrosion-resistant liquids without solid particles and with water-like viscosity. It is suitable for petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, food processing, pharmaceutical, synthetic fiber and other industrial sectors. The applicable medium temperature ranges from -20℃ to +120℃, covering normal and medium-temperature corrosive liquid transportation conditions.

Stable operation with low vibration The pump shaft is manufactured with high precision and excellent concentricity. The impeller undergoes strict dynamic and static balance calibration, resulting in low vibration and low noise during operation, and stable long-term continuous operation.
Convenient disassembly and maintenance Seal assemblies and bearings adopt standardized easy-disassembly structures. Replacing wearing parts such as mechanical seals and bearings does not require disassembling the entire pipeline, shortening maintenance time and reducing operation & maintenance costs.
Flexible pipeline adaptation & space-saving installation The pump outlet supports three installation directions: left, right and upward. It can be freely adjusted according to on-site pipeline layout, adapting to narrow machine rooms and complex pipeline environments, and effectively saving floor space for equipment.
4. Standard Working Conditions
Environmental parameters: Ambient working temperature ＜40℃, relative air humidity ＜95%;
Impurity limit of medium: The volume proportion of solid particles in the conveyed medium shall not exceed 0.1%, and the particle size shall be less than 0.2mm.
Note: If the medium to be conveyed contains fine solid particles, please inform the manufacturer in advance when placing the order. The manufacturer will equip wear-resistant mechanical seals to extend the service life of the seals.
