The WQ fixed clog-free submersible sewage pump is a new generation of high-efficiency submersible drainage equipment developed according to the actual operating characteristics of domestic water pumps. It effectively solves the common problems of traditional sewage pumps, such as easy winding, clogging, high energy consumption and complicated maintenance. Adopting an optimized single-channel or double-channel impeller matched with a precision volute structure and passing strict dynamic and static balance tests, the pump operates smoothly without vibration and achieves excellent hydraulic efficiency. Featuring outstanding energy saving, anti-winding and anti-clogging performance, the pump can work fully submerged in water without requiring a pump house, greatly reducing infrastructure costs. Equipped with a professional fixed coupling installation system, it is widely and stably applied in municipal, industrial and construction fixed drainage scenarios with high safety and reliability.

Powerful Clog-Free Performance: Adopting a unique single or double-blade impeller structure with a wide and smooth flow channel, the pump greatly improves dirt passing capacity. It can smoothly pass fibrous impurities 5 times the pump caliber and solid particles up to 50% of the pump caliber, fundamentally avoiding winding and blockage and adapting to complex sewage containing various impurities.

Long-Lasting Sealing & Durability: Equipped with a new type of hard corrosion-resistant tungsten-titanium mechanical seal, the pump supports continuous and safe operation for more than 8,000 hours with stable sealing performance and no leakage, effectively extending the overall service life.

Compact Structure, Energy Saving & Low Noise: Featuring compact size, low operating noise and optimized hydraulic design, the pump delivers remarkable energy-saving effects. It is easy to disassemble and maintain without complicated daily operation, suitable for long-term continuous working conditions.

Multiple Intelligent Safety Protection: A high-precision anti-interference water leakage detection sensor is built into the sealing oil chamber, and thermal sensitive elements are embedded in the motor stator winding for real-time condition monitoring. Optional automatic control cabinet provides full protection against water leakage, electric leakage, overload and overheating. The motor will never be overloaded under full head operation, greatly improving operational safety and stability.

Automatic Unattended Operation: Compatible with float switches to automatically start and stop the pump according to water level changes. No manual supervision is required, realizing 24-hour automatic drainage and reducing labor and operation costs.

Dual Installation Modes & Strong Adaptability: It supports two installation methods: fixed dual-rail automatic coupling installation and mobile free installation. Material Adaptability: The main body is made of cast iron, applicable only for conventional sewage and not suitable for strongly corrosive media.
