I. Product OverviewThe ZCQ type self-priming magnetic drive pump (hereinafter referred to as the self-priming pump) uses a static seal instead of a dynamic seal, keeping the pump's flow parts in a sealed state. This solves the problems of easy leakage, spillage, dripping, and other issues that are unavoidable with mechanical seals in other pumps. The pump body and flow parts are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, corundum ceramic, PTFE graphite, and other materials. It has both the functions of the CQ type magnetic drive pump and self-priming performance, eliminating the need for a foot valve and priming water. The self-priming height is 4 meters.II. Product FeaturesThis pump has a compact structure, beautiful appearance, small size, low noise, reliable operation, and is convenient to use and maintain. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, printing and dyeing, food, and scientific research units for pumping acids, alkalis, oils, rare and precious liquids, toxic liquids, volatile liquids, and is also used in conjunction with circulating water equipment, especially for conveying easily leaking, flammable, and explosive liquids.III. Use of the Self-Priming Pump1. Before using the pump, inspect it. The motor fan should rotate freely without jamming or abnormal noise. All fasteners should be secure.2. Unscrew the water inlet bolt on top of the pump and add water to at least two-thirds of the pump body volume. Tighten the bolt.3. Connect the power supply and test run the pump. Observe from the motor end to see if the rotation direction matches the direction mark.4. Before stopping the pump, first close the discharge valve, then turn off the power supply and close the suction pipe valve.
