PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Model YG vertical single-stage single-suction explosion-proof centrifugal pump adopts excellent hydraulic models selected jointly by domestic pump specialists and retains the performance parameters of IS series centrifugal pumps. It is elaborately designed by optimizing the structure of ordinary vertical pumps.
Derived from the ISG series with modifications tailored to different operating temperatures and media, sub-models are available for hot water, high-temperature fluid, corrosive chemical liquid and oil transportation. This product series features high efficiency, energy saving, low noise and reliable performance.
STRUCTURAL FEATURE

The pump adopts vertical construction with identical suction and discharge flanges aligned on the same centerline; it can be installed directly on pipelines just like a valve.
The impeller is mounted directly on the extended motor shaft, delivering short axial dimension, compact and neat structure, small floor footprint and low construction cost. Fitted with a protective guard, the unit can be operated outdoors.
Well-matched bearings for pump and motor effectively balance radial and axial loads generated during operation, ensuring smooth running with slight vibration and low noise.
The shaft seal adopts single or combined mechanical seals equipped with titanium alloy seal rings, medium-temperature high-resistance mechanical seals and hard alloy materials. The wear-resistant sealing greatly extends service life.
Easy installation and maintenance without dismantling the pipeline system. All rotating components can be pulled out simply by removing the nuts on the pump support base.
